Job summary

Polsinelli PC is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Specialist in Chicago. The role supports Finance, Investment Strategies, and Real Estate practices, working with senior marketing leaders to deepen client relationships and expand brand visibility.

You will analyze data, manage BD initiatives, and contribute to proposals and events. A strong analytical mindset and collaboration with attorneys are essential for success in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in the Legal or professional services industry.
• Legal marketing and/or business development experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Finance, Investment Management, Real Estate or related practices encouraged.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with attorneys and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of practice groups, clients, and target markets to grow client relationships and brand awareness.
• Support development and execution of BD initiatives, events, and activities with marketing leadership.
• Leverage firm data to inform client targeting, experience identification and opportunity analysis.
• Develop reports providing insights into BD and marketing activities for leadership.
• Collaborate with research for market analysis and thought leadership.
• Assist with RFPs and pitch strategies; monitor proposal tracking.
