Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office in a hybrid Dallas/Austin setting. The role involves coordinating trial preparation, administering litigation support systems, and ensuring security and reliability of information systems.

The ideal candidate will have a related Bachelor's degree, be a U.S. citizen, and pass a stringent background investigation for a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Successful completion of a stringent Background Investigation and obtaining the government security clearance is required.
• Experience with litigation support principles, methods, and practices is expected.
• Experience with litigation support systems development concepts and quality assurance is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services (trial preparation and presentation) per customer needs.
• Administer litigation support systems: testing, QA, configuration, installation, and maintenance of resources.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity, and efficiency of litigation support environments.
• Install and maintain litigation support hardware and software; resolve interface problems.
• Manage and inventory district litigation support equipment; enforce security policies and procedures.
• Provide customer support, training, and orientation for new users; troubleshoot incidents.
