Job summary

CGS is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office. The role involves coordinating legal tech and trial-prep services, administering litigation support systems, and ensuring robust security and reliability across platforms.

The ideal candidate has experience with IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, and Nuix, plus strong communication skills and the ability to obtain government clearance. This is a hybrid role in a government-focused IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with litigation support principles and systems development.
• Ability to complete a stringent background investigation and obtain a government security clearance.
• Experience with litigation support databases and load files (IPRO Eclipse, Relativity).
• Knowledge of data quality control per ESI specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services (trial prep and presentation) as needed.
• Administer litigation support systems: install, configure, test, and maintain hardware/software.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity and security across devices and networks.
• Install and update litigation support hardware and software; resolve interoperability issues.
• Maintain inventory and document procedures for litigation support operations.
• Provide user training and customer support for litigation tools and workflows.
