Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office. You will provide technical and analytical assistance for litigation support, coordinating services and ensuring secure, reliable systems.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining litigation support hardware and software, supporting trial preparation and presentation, and helping users with training and issue resolution while upholding government-security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Must successfully complete a Background Investigation and obtain Government Security clearance.
• Experience with Litigation Support principles, methods, and practices.
• Experience with Litigation Support systems development concepts.
• Familiarity with District ESI specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services (including trial preparation and presentation) in response to customer needs.
• Install, configure, and maintain litigation support equipment; develop standards for applications.
• Ensure systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency.
• Install new or modified litigation support hardware and software.
• Provide customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training.
