Job description

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is partnering with a prominent national law firm to identify a skilled Litigation E-Discovery Attorney for a remote, contract position.

• Start Date: Early June
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Location: Remote
• Hours: Full time - 40/week
• Pay Rate: $45-55

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement document review protocols and workflows
• Draft, revise, and finalize witness summaries and deposition preparation materials
• Contribute strategically to litigation defense efforts
• Engage in case strategy, discovery planning, document review, and witness interviews, with a focus on e-discovery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation e-discovery
• Proficient in all stages of electronic discovery and document production
• Skilled in deploying analytics and predictive coding tools across review platforms
• Expertise in privilege log creation and automated redaction workflows
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Active law license in Texas or Florida
