Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Corporate Counsel - Litigation to support and manage a variety of litigation matters. The role is based in Menlo Park, CA or Atlanta, GA and is not remote.

You will advise on litigation risk, improve processes, and work with cross-functional teams to keep litigation efforts efficient. The attorney will handle disputes through lifecycle, review related contracts, coordinate subpoenas and inquiries, and collaborate with outside counsel on discovery and strategy.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one state.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience with substantive litigation.
• Familiarity with subpoenas, government inquiries, and dispute resolution.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Low ego with a collaborative, business-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage disputes and litigation across their full lifecycle.
• Review and advise on litigation-related contractual provisions.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, government inquiries, and other requests.
• Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks and practical solutions.
• Assist with bankruptcy-related matters and creditor inquiries.
• Coordinate internal investigations with People, Security, and other teams.
• Partner with outside counsel on discovery, motions, and strategy.
