Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• 0-5+ years of legal experience with a strong litigation background.
• Experience in insurance defense, construction defect, bodily injury, real estate litigation, or related practice area preferred.
• Experience handling claims, disputes, demands, or smaller matters independently valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide business partnership, integrating legal expertise with corporate strategy.
• Drive litigation, investigations, regulatory filings, and compliance activities.
• Draft, review, and support execution of standard agreements and documents.
• Perform legal research and issue analysis for review by senior attorneys.
• Maintain accurate matter documentation and records.
