As Legal Counsel - Litigation, you will be close to the business and on the front lines of legal matters impacting Lennar's divisions every day. You will partner directly with divisional leaders and internal business teams to evaluate claims, resolve disputes, manage risk, and address legal issues before they escal.
You will work closely with experienced Assistant General Counsels, senior attorneys, paralegals, Risk, and divisional stakeholders. As your experience grows, so will the complexity and ownership of the matters you handle.
For an attorney early in their career, this is an opportunity to build broad, practical litigation experience from inside the business -with exposure to the people, decisions, and issues that drive a large public company.
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $126,500.00 - $158,100, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
This position may be eligible for bonuses.
