Responsibilities

• Direct and manage claims litigation activities and case strategy for designated Shelter states.
• Supervise outside attorneys and direct training for schools, eLearning, and branches.
• Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors on claims handling and policy changes.
• Counsel Shelter departments on legal issues, coverage, and contracts.
