Lathrop GPM is seeking a Manager of Business Development in the Kansas City, MO or Minneapolis, MN areas. The incumbent will help evolve the firm’s business development strategy, partnering with practice groups to drive new business from existing clients and prospects.

The role reports to the Director of Business Development and participates as a key member of the Client Innovation Leadership Team, working with senior leadership to develop annual plans and oversee pitches, proposals, and content

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of marketing or business development experience, with significant project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional services environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee pitches, proposals, and RFPs for assigned groups, ensuring competitive experience and pricing.
• Develop and maintain content that reflects group capabilities and supports business development efforts.
• Collaborate with leadership to create annual business plans and drive revenue growth from existing and prospective clients.
• Coach attorneys and manage client relationships to maximize ROI and awareness.
