Formación

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Delaware Bar is required or will be pursued.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Work with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice.
