Job summary

McElroy Deutsch in Wilmington, Delaware seeks attorneys with litigation and/or bankruptcy experience to join our office. Admission in other jurisdictions is not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities include working with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues; conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, managing discovery; preparing for and attending court hearings, mediations and depositions; engaging in courtroom advocacy and motion practice.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Admission to the Delaware bar.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery.
