Job summary

McElroy Deutsch seeks attorneys with litigation and complex bankruptcy experience for its Morristown, NJ office. New Jersey bar admission is required; New York bar admission is a plus.

Salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Responsibilities include working with senior attorneys on litigation and bankruptcy matters, performing legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing discovery, as well as preparing for hearings, mediations,

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey bar.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and collaborate in a team environment.
