This role involves supporting clients through complex financial restructurings and bankruptcy cases, requiring a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and 1-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as admission to the Delaware Bar. Competitive salary range is $205,000 – $235,000, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support bankruptcy cases including Chapter 11 and related proceedings.
