Job summary

McElroy Deutsch in Philadelphia, PA seeks an attorney with 10+ years of complex litigation experience, including insurance defense, construction, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required, with eligibility for New Jersey or other state bars.

The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution, interview witnesses, draft motions, take depositions, and prepare for trials.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to Pennsylvania bar; NJ or other state bars acceptable.
• Significant trial experience.
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively.

Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required. Candidates must also have demonstrated trial experience.

• Interview witnesses, identify and engage experts, draft motions and pleadings, and take and defend depositions;
