Responsibilities

Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
Prepare for and participate in trials and arbitration hearings alongside lead counsel.
Draft written discovery, subpoenas, deficiency notices, pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research and collaborate with the briefing team on complex legal issues.
Analyze applicable statutes, case law, and legal precedent to support litigation strategy.
Assist with document review and discovery management.
Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Help manage an active litigation docket from inception through resolution.
Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff as needed.
