PinnacleConnect LLC is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for Orange County, California with remote work options and a Costa Mesa office.

The attorney will represent carriers and insureds, provide strategic counsel in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and handle matters across various policies.

Candidates must be CA barred and have recent insurance defense experience.

Qualifications

• CA Bar required.
• Recent insurance defense experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.
