Job summary

Our client, a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in Boca Raton, Florida, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its civil litigation practice and handle complex cases from intake through trial.

The ideal candidate is Florida-licensed with 5+ years of experience, able to depose witnesses, argue motions, and mentor junior staff; plaintiff PI experience preferred, but seasoned defense litigators are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, hearings, and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage complex matters.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Trial and jury trial experience highly valued.
• Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, TBI, automobile negligence, premises liability, or medical malpractice is a plus.
• Accomplished insurance defense attorneys interested in transitioning to plaintiff PI are encouraged to apply.
• Former Assistant State Attorneys and Assistant Public Defenders are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex personal injury litigation matters from intake through trial.

The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its expanding plaintiff personal injury practice. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, leadership, mentorship, and increased compensation through performance-based incentives.

The ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed civil litigator with 5+ years of experience who is comfortable taking depositions, arguing motions, handling hearings and mediations, and preparing complex cases for trial. Plaintiff PI experience is preferred, but strong insurance defense litigators with substantial courtroom experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
