We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a well-established and growing personal injury law firm in South Florida. This is a collaborative environment offering competitive compensation, strong benefits, and excellent support staff.
About The Role
- Handle a litigation caseload of approximately 35-40 files
- Focus exclusively on litigation - no responsibility for pre-suit cases
- Handle plaintiff personal injury matters including:
- Auto accidents
- Medical malpractice
- Negligent security
- Sexual assault cases
- Federal and state litigation
- Other personal injury matters
- Trial experience is highly valued
- Work with two dedicated and experienced support staff members
- Focus on litigation and trial work rather than the business side of running a law firm
- Dedicated intake and pre-suit teams handle those functions for you
- Marketing is not required, although attorneys may bring in their own referrals
- Attorneys who generate referrals can receive a contractually guaranteed percentage of resulting fees

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar
- 5-10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Significant plaintiff trial experience
- Approximately 3+ years of trial experience preferred
- Plaintiff-side experience is required; defense attorneys will not be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Strong client-service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
- FileVine experience is preferred but not required - training is provided
