Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex personal injury litigation from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue substantive motions and appear at hearings.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial.
• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with partners.
• Represent clients in Florida state and federal courts.
• Maintain exceptional communication with clients and referring counsel.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Note: Applicants must be actively licensed with The Florida Bar and have at least 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience. We seek attorneys with stable employment histories and substantial litigation experience. Solo practitioners will not be considered.
