Demand the Limits Personal Injury Attorneys in Florida seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of trial experience in PI. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing, with no disciplinary actions. Spanish bilingualism preferred.

You will work alongside seasoned attorneys, handling negotiations with insurers and trial duties, with emphasis on client advocacy and high production goals. Base pay $100k–$130k with total compensation $250k–$500k per year.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• In good standing with the Florida Bar; no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience handling personal injury cases.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and in court when needed.
• Prepare cases for trial, draft pleadings and briefs, and manage discovery.
• Coordinate with staff and other attorneys to ensure strong client advocacy.
• Engage in mediation and other dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain empathetic, professional client contact throughout the matter.

We have an opening for you to become the firm\'s newest Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

You must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida Bar with no prior or pending disciplinary actions for past conduct or malpractice history. Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of litigation experience handling personal injury cases and speak bilingual (Spanish preferred)

In this position you will work alongside other seasoned attorneys and will be expected to handle all aspects of representing clients in negotiations with insurance companies and, if necessary, trial, Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Empathetic and respectful client contact
• Providing legal advice to clients and guidance to legal support staff
• Communicating with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers
• Preparing cases for trial and representing clients in court, if needed
• Negotiating settlements with insurance carrier
• Drafting documents such as complaints, briefs, and motion
• Attending hearings and arguing filed motions
• Taking and defending discovery and trial deposition
• Preparing for and attending mediation
• All aspects of trial prep

Please note that this is a production-based role with high earning potential. Base pay is between $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience with an estimated total compensation between $250,000-$500,00 per year
