Job summary

Stealth Law Firm, a well-established plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Miami, is seeking a driven Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team and take ownership of active files.

You will manage a caseload from inception through resolution, conduct legal research, draft motions, take and defend depositions, negotiate settlements with insurers, and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Judicial clerkship experience required
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and case strategy
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced litigation environment

Compensation

• Full-time
• Salary range: $150,000 - $215,000 annually + performance bonuses
