You will draft filings, argue motions, and manage contested matters with attention to professional standards. The ideal candidate has a JD, Michigan Bar admission, 5+ years of foreclosures or creditors' rights experience, and strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Active Michigan State Bar membership in good standing required.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in foreclosure or creditors' rights.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, banks, and financial institutions in default-servicing litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings; argue dispositive motions.
• Manage contested foreclosures, title issues, and multi-party disputes, coordinating with staff.
