Litigation Attorneys are responsible for representing lenders, banks, and financial institutions in recovering assets and managing default-servicing cases through structured litigation. You will make court appearances, prepare legal documents, and achieve ideal case outcomes on behalf of assigned clients. You are responsible for representing the firm professionally through timely and compliant processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with an average of 40 hours per week. The position offers hybrid schedule flexibility, conditional upon satisfactory completion of the 90-day onboarding period and ongoing business needs. The position may require extended hours and flexible availability outside of the regular business schedule.
