Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and settlement letters.
Develop and execute litigation strategies for complex cases.
Represent clients in hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.
Manage discovery and resolve disputes.
Analyze title issues and loan enforcement matters.
Negotiate settlements and advise on foreclosure implications.
