Job summary

LeoForce in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Litigation Attorney to manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on client service and practical case strategy.

The role requires a JD and AZ Bar admission, with a minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience; strong legal writing and communication skills are essential. Hybrid schedule supports growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and Arizona Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Insurance defense and/or family law experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Handle discovery management, including written discovery and document review.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and litigation strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression and client service.
