Responsibilities
- Defend Fortune 500 companies and other clients in litigation throughout New York State.
- Handle defense matters from investigation through trial, including mediation/arbitration.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Collaborate closely with partners on caseload strategy and trial preparation.
