Qualifications

• Must have New York Bar admission.
• Minimum 1+ years of litigation/insurance defense experience.
• Experience defending Fortune 500 clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defend Fortune 500 companies and major clients in NY state and federal court.
• Handle litigation from investigation through trial, including mediation/arbitration.
• Take and defend depositions and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Support trucking/transportation matters, including collision defense and cargo loss.
• Communicate with clients and carriers on case strategy.
• Collaborate with partners on caseload strategy and trial prep.
