The firm offers a competitive base salary ($85,000–$185,000) depending on experience and performance, with opportunities for five- and six-figure bonuses through production-based arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of litigation experience required (preferably civil litigation).
• Proven experience managing state court litigation; federal experience preferred.
• Excellent legal writing skills: petitions, complaints, motions and briefs.
• Iowa Bar admission required; additional jurisdictions are a plus.
