The role requires 1–7+ years of litigation experience, a JD, and NY bar admission. You will engage in discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation, with opportunities for growth and partnership.

Qualifications

• 1-7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Member of the NY bar in good standing.
• Experience with New York Civil Practice.
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with written discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and general civil litigation matters.
• Conduct case evaluation and strategy development.
• Engage in written discovery, pleadings, and motion practice.
• Conduct depositions and make court appearances.
