You will handle all aspects of litigation, from case strategy and discovery to depositions, motions, and trial preparation, while managing client relationships and working closely with partners.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and CA State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to legal representation.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation including strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
• Work with partners and colleagues on case strategy and trial preparation.
