Qualificações

• 4-7 years of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty defense a plus).
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
• Experience handling depositions and discovery with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Draft, analyze, and argue motions, oppositions, and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
• Handle all discovery aspects including meet-and-confers and motions.
• Participate in settlements and court hearings; assist with trial prep.
