Experienced general liability lawyers have a particular problem that rarely gets discussed. You're too valuable to be given simple files, but not always given the authority that should come with the hard ones. You train the associates, try the difficult cases and keep clients happy, yet your title and pay haven't moved in a while.

This role is written for that attorney.

What you'd take on

• High exposure premises liability, negligent security, products and general negligence cases
• First chair trials and trial strategy on your docket

The pay
