Job summary

California Bar membership, 2–10+ years of experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issues.
• Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules.
• Take and defend depositions; assist in mediations and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and related litigation documents.
