You will support partners, conduct research, draft filings, and manage deadlines across all phases from discovery to trial.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to the California Bar, possess a JD, and show strong writing, negotiation, and client-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-10+ years of litigation experience, spanning civil litigation from initiation to resolution.
• Candidates must be members of the State Bar of California.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issues.
• Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel throughout all stages of litigation.
