Qualifications

• 2–7 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Strong with deadlines, communication, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle Zoom hearings, motions, and in-person court appearances.
• Run a litigation docket through settlements with room to grow into negotiating.
• Manage a large caseload made up mostly of repeat clients.
• Build strong client relationships in person and in writing.
