Ideal candidates hold a JD, bar admission in good standing, and 3+ years of litigation experience, with strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills. This position emphasizes independent work and teamwork within a collaborative office setting.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues.
• Stay current with changes in the law and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.
