You'll represent appraisal districts, appraisal review boards, and related entities, and you'll run your own docket with strong support behind you.

• Handle Zoom hearings, motions, and in-person court appearances
• Run a litigation docket and see cases through to settlement, with room to grow into negotiating
• Manage a large caseload made up mostly of repeat clients
• Build strong client relationships in person and in writing

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $130,000-$150,000 (flexible) DOE
• $15,000-$20,000 in annual performance bonus potential
• Full health insurance paid for the employee AND all dependents

• Billable hours: 1,800-1,900 annually, with a ramp-up over the first year

Schedule

Monday-Friday in office, with day trips to counties, a couple of conferences a year, and off-site meetings as needed.

• Strong with deadlines and communication, personable, and professional
• Able to work in office in Sugar Land, TX, Monday-Friday
