Position Overview
Our client is seeking Litigation Attorneys to support its Coverage, Bad Faith, and Litigation practice. This is a high-responsibility role ideal for attorneys who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. • Salary of $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters
• Draft detailed legal research memos, coverage opinions, and pleadings
• Take Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and litigate declaratory judgment actions
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to requests
• Support trial and deposition preparation
• Engage in pre-suit liability review, medical/billing record analysis, and settlement negotiations
• Help manage files involving multiple competing claims
• Maintain accurate, accessible client records and documentation
• Meet assigned billing goals

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida
• Prior experience in insurance coverage or bad faith
• Proficient in legal research, case strategy, and organization
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills
