Requirements:

• 3+ years litigation experience in general litigation, employment law, general liability, etc.
• Experience in discovery, motions, pleadings
• Experience in taking and defending depositions
• Direct trial experience or trial preparation
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
• Growth mindset with a desire to advance in their career
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in CA and in good standing
