Orion Placement seeks a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in the Seattle/Tacoma area on a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Washington and have 3+ years of litigation experience in at least one of: insurance defense, health law, or civil litigation.

You will manage a diverse caseload, draft pleadings and motions, conduct research and depositions, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings while collaborating with senior

• 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, health law, or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, case management, and advocacy skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Medical malpractice defense, healthcare liability, and professional liability experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Seattle or Tacoma.

Location:

Note:

Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Washington and have 3+ years of litigation experience in at least one of the following areas: insurance defense, health law, or civil litigation. Experience in all three areas is not required.
