Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury (Full-time/Direct Hire)

Salary range: $100,000-$150,000

A highly respected and fast-growing personal injury litigation team in the Springfield area is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their elite group of trial lawyers. About The Role

As a key member of the litigation team, you will work alongside other accomplished attorneys and firm leadership to deliver exceptional results for clients. You'll manage a caseload from inception through resolution, develop and execute litigation strategy, and play a hands-on role in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload from intake through trial or settlement
• Develop and implement case and litigation strategies
• Draft, review, and approve pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings and jury trials
• Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Work directly with firm leadership and clients to move matters toward successful resolution

• Participate in continuing legal education to refine and elevate litigation skills
