LeoForce in Massachusetts seeks a permanent Litigation Attorney with strong trial experience to join our legal team in Southborough. The ideal candidate will handle complex litigation, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to construction-law matters.

This role requires a JD, bar admission, 5+ years in litigation, exceptional research and writing skills, and proven ability to manage cases from start to finish, with resilience to deadlines and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on trial work.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal.
