Our client is seeking - Civil Litigation Associatededicated exclusively to protecting homeowners in disputes with residential contractors, builders, and developers. We represent clients in matters involving defective construction, contract disputes, project delays, mechanic's liens, payment disputes, warranty claims, and other construction-related litigation.
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our team. Construction law experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for an attorney who enjoys advocating for clients, taking ownership of cases, and developing into a skilled trial lawyer.
