Litigation Associate - Construction Law

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a respected, long-standing law firm in Massachusetts that's looking to add a Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney interested in growing their career with a boutique firm known for its work in construction-related disputes — though no construction law experience is required to be considered.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.

What You'll Do
  • Handle litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and/or appeal
  • Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct depositions, discovery, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with experienced partners and work directly with clients
  • Get exposure to arbitration, mediation, and appellate work
What They're Looking For
  • J.D. and admission to practice in Massachusetts
  • 3+ years of litigation experience (state or federal)
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with a small team
  • Interest in or exposure to construction law is a plus, but not required
