Job summary

Our client, a well-regarded firm, seeks a Mid-level Construction Associate for their Boston office. You will handle high-stakes construction matters with responsibility across the full litigation lifecycle from day one.

You will collaborate with Partners across offices, benefiting from a reverse model that enables direct partner access and mentoring to accelerate development in a Tier 1 construction practice.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience across the litigation lifecycle.
• Admission to Massachusetts Bar is a MUST.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Representing construction clients in all facets of their businesses (both private and public).
• Contract drafting and negotiation, claim preparation and presentation, and mediations, litigation and appeals.
• Taking and defending depositions.

Job description

I am currently working with a firm who are looking to bring a Mid-level Construction Associate into their highly regarded construction practice. Whilst this opportunity is based in their Boston office, you will be able to collaborate with Partners across all the offices in which the Construction teams are based. From day one you will be given a high level of responsibility across the full litigation lifecycle on high stakes, sophisticated cases.
