Our client, a leading California mid-size law firm, seeks a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate with 6–8 years of experience to join its growing team in San Francisco.

The role offers BigLaw-level matters with a balanced lifestyle, ownership of matters, a 1,600-hour billable target, and a clear path toward first-chair trials and lead attorney responsibilities. Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $275,000 with substantial bonus potential and 100% firm-paid benefits.

Formación

• 6–8 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-stakes commercial disputes and take ownership of matters.

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of commercial litigation experience at a reputable firm
• Active California Bar license
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong motion practice and hearing experience
• Experience managing complex discovery and taking/defending depositions
• Genuine interest in developing into a lead trial attorney
