CyberCoders is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of commercial litigation experience to join a premier AmLaw 200 firm in California. The position covers offices in Cerritos, Irvine, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Marin, or San Diego.

The role offers substantial responsibility, client exposure, and opportunities to broaden a versatile litigation skill set within a collaborative platform. The ideal candidate will have California Bar admission, strong academic credentials, and a track record

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling commercial litigation matters.
• Familiarity with equity disputes, IP, unfair competition, contract disputes, real estate litigation, trusts & estates, and accounting professional liability; willingness to expand into new areas.
• Admission to the California Bar in good standing; strong academic credentials from a well-regarded law school.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal court.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with limited supervision.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in motion practice.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's litigation group.
