JRG Attorneys at Law, a Civil Litigation firm with offices across California's Central Coast, seeks a litigation attorney with approximately three to five years of civil litigation experience. The attorney will manage cases from pleadings through trial and will have substantial client contact, with opportunities to develop courtroom, case-management, and business-development skills.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Approximately 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, and law and motion practice.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently.
• Commitment to excellent client service and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Trial, arbitration, or significant evidentiary-hearing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Position

JRG is seeking a litigation attorney with approximately three to five years of experience to join our growing civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cases through the litigation process, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, law and motion, settlement negotiations, and trial.

This position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful and varied matters while working closely with experienced attorneys. The successful candidate will be given substantial responsibility, direct client contact, and opportunities to develop courtroom, case-management, and business-development skills.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, demonstrated skills, professional qualifications, and other job-related considerations. Performance-based bonus opportunities may provide additional compensation.
