The role involves handling sophisticated disputes in the energy sector, building trial, deposition, and courtroom experience, with prior oil and gas experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Experience independently managing case files.
• Excellent advocacy, legal research, and writing skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.

• Managing litigation matters and individual case files

Our national law firm client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its energy litigation practice in Pittsburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator interested in handling sophisticated disputes within the energy sector while continuing to build meaningful trial, deposition, and courtroom experience.

Prior oil and gas experience is preferred, but not required. Experienced litigators with strong case-management, writing, deposition, and courtroom skills are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview
